When I initially rang to book I was shocked at the price (I don't get my hair cut often) however from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left I was met with such professionalism and kindness. I wasn't just paying for a cut but an experience and one that I've never had before. An initial consult with the hairdresser, Andreea, who I couldn't fault. Not one bit. Thank you so much. I went in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted and Andreea took the time, using her qualifications and experience, to explain right down to the detail of my facial structure why a different style would fit me and my lifestyle better! She really took the whole holistic look into it! And not just the final look walking out but how it would be with myself maintaing it! The closer look at my scalp! The hair wash with a MASSAGE! Then the cut itself, with Andreea yet again showing me and informing me how to beat style it and look after it and maintain it! Thank you very very much.

Haven’t been to the hairdressers for 15+ years, so was very anxious, I had highlights done by Chloe and another colleague and they really cared about getting it right for me. Chloe was lovely and spent a long time on me today. Added bonus was my 6 year old having the time of her life amongst the team! I was able to take my laptop and work also. A really lovely bunch who know their stuff.

Since seeing Andreea my hair has neverbgeen better. She sat down with me on the first day and understood my concern and showed me what i needed to do to help my hair get healthy again. Even with wanting to change my hair she has suggested a less damaging way so i can be happy with my hair. The rest of the staff are also fantastic and friendly

As always I come out of Zappas very happy. Jody is excellent, she will give recommendations but always goes with what I want. She does a wonderful job of both cutting and colouring. I always get a very good hair wash and love the massage chairs! All the staff are very friendly and it’s always a lovely experience. Thank you Jody and the team.
